ANGUS INTELLIGENCE, LLC – BILLING POLICY

1. Subscription Plans and Billing Cycles

Angus Intelligence offers monthly and annual subscription options:

• Monthly Plans: Renew automatically every 30 days.
• Annual Plans: Renew automatically every 12 months.

The billing cycle begins on the date the user subscribes and continues until the plan is cancelled.

2. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless the user cancels through their account settings.

By maintaining an active subscription, users authorize Angus Intelligence to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees.

3. Payment Authorization

Users must provide a valid payment method at the time of purchase. By subscribing, users authorize:

• Automated recurring charges
• Charges for plan upgrades
• Charges for applicable taxes based on billing address

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades

• Plan upgrades take effect immediately.
• A prorated charge is applied for the remainder of the billing period.

Downgrades

• Plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
• Fees already paid for the current period will not be reduced or refunded.

5. Payment Failures

If a payment attempt fails:

• Stripe will retry the charge automatically over a 7-day grace period.
• During that time, access may be limited.
• If payment is not resolved within the retry window, the subscription may be suspended or terminated.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not:

• Refund past payments
• Prorate partially used billing periods

The account remains active until the end of the paid period.

7. Taxes

Subscription fees may be subject to applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other required taxes.

Taxes are calculated based on the user's billing address and payment method.

8. Receipts and Billing History

Stripe-generated receipts are emailed to the user after each successful charge.

Billing history can be accessed:

• Via the user's Angus Intelligence account settings, or
• Through the secure Stripe Customer Portal

9. Price Changes

Angus Intelligence may update its pricing from time to time. If subscription prices change:

• Users will receive advance notice via email or in-app notification.
• New pricing applies at the next billing cycle unless the subscription is cancelled before renewal.
