Angus Intelligence is a subscription-based cloud software service. Because subscribers receive immediate access to automated features, analysis tools, and cloud processing upon purchase, all subscription fees are non-refundable, subject to the limited exceptions outlined below.
All charges for monthly and annual subscription plans are final and non-refundable once billed.
This includes fees for:
No refunds or credits are issued for unused time or unused features.
Subscribers may cancel their plan at any time through their account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previously processed charges.
Upon cancellation:
If a user believes a duplicate charge or clear billing error has occurred, the user must notify Angus Intelligence within 14 days of the transaction. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded.
Examples of refund-eligible billing errors include:
Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or user-side technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
The platform operates on a commercially reasonable uptime schedule, and periodic maintenance is inherent to cloud-based systems.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support to resolve the matter may result in:
Chargeback filings for non-refundable subscription charges will be disputed with the payment processor.
